- Prospectare de piață
– căutarea de potențiali clienți noi prin baze de date, platforme online, rețele profesionale; - Crearea și actualizarea bazei de date de lead-uri

prin telefon/e-mail pentru a stabili discuții preliminare sau întâlniri cu echipa de vânzări; - Pregătirea materialelor de prezentare și suport
