What you'll be doing

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow modules, with a focus on ITSM and either ITOM or SAM.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective platform solutions.
  • Challenging and refining existing implementations to ensure alignment with business value and best practices.
  • Working across multiple ServiceNow areas, demonstrating flexibility and platform-wide expertise.
  • Ensuring configurations and customizations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our technology strategy.
  • Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Providing mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

What you'll bring along

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow, particularly in ITSM and one of ITOM or SAM.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
  • Ability to critically assess and improve platform solutions.
  • Versatility across different ServiceNow modules and functionalities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or relevant module certifications would be nice to have.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript within ServiceNow.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
