Centrul nostru logistic a fost inaugurat în 2017 și de atunci aprovizionează cele 31 de magazine Decathlon din România, site-ul precum și magazine din Grecia, Bulgaria și Ucraina.

Localizat lângă Ștefăneștii de Jos, centrul regional de aprovizionare (CAR) pune la dispoziție spații sociale, de recreere și le oferă angajaților posibilitatea de a se bucura de sport în sala de fitness sau în exterior pe un teren multisport.

Requirements

Ce trebuie să faci:

Devenind noul nostru Junior Logistic Department Manager, vei gestiona un departament ca și cum ar fi afacerea ta și vei fi responsabil de indicatorii de performanță împreună cu echipa ta directă. Tu îi vei recruta pe cei 15-25 colegi (în funcție de dimensiunea departamentului), îi vei ajuta să se integreze și, mai departe, să se dezvolte în cadrul companiei.

Activitatea de zi cu zi în centrul nostru logistic presupune:

  1. Recepționarea și depozitarea mărfii;
  2. Menținerea legăturii cu magazinele Decathlon;
  3. Recrutarea de noi coechipieri;
  4. Managementul echipei (evaluări, organizare de ședințe periodice, întâlniri lunare individuale);
  5. Pregătirea comenzilor (picking);
  6. Expedierea produselor;
  7. Gestionarea stocului;
  8. Inventarierea produselor;
  9. Controlul calității;
  10. Menținerea ordinii și a curățeniei în spațiul de lucru.

De asemenea, te informam ca programul de lucru este urmatorul:

- in 2 ture (tura 1, 06:00- 15:00 / tura 2, 13:00-22:00);

- 2 weekenduri la munca/pe luna.
