We are seeking highly motivated Transportation Back Office Planner with a passion for effective planning to join our Bulk Transportation team.

Responsibilities
  • Order detail planning and entry in transport planning system.
  • Deliver efficient transportation planning, communication and coordination of the routes.
  • Communication with transporters/sub-contractors.
  • Communication and confirmation of the order details to customer; delivery verification.
  • Follow up of transportation till delivery (via e-track and/or communications).
  • Collection of confirmation documents transportation and other supporting documents (Clearance / Quality / Invoicing).

Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain will concider a plus.
  • Experience in the fields of Transportation (operations and/or documentation) or Fleet maintenance will consider a plus.
  • Very good writing and verbal communication skills in both Romanian and English.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in operation in business software (ERP, Fleet management platforms etc) would be considered as plus.
  • Hands-on mentality, collaboration and communication skills.
