We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Support professional to join our client based in Bucharest. This role is integral to the smooth functioning of the recruitment processes and will support hiring activities across multiple departments. You'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience, while helping maintain the accuracy and efficiency of our recruitment operations.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and interviewers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Draft and post job advertisements on internal and external job boards.
  • Support hiring managers with job description preparation and approvals.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview scheduling, feedback, and onboarding.
  • Assist with background checks, references, and offer documentation.
  • Track recruitment metrics and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment legislation.
  • Act as a point of contact for recruitment-related queries from candidates and team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Essential:
    • Previous experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment CRMs.
    • Fluent in both English and Romanian
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in an in-house recruitment environment.
    • Familiarity with recruitment KPIs and reporting.
    • Knowledge of employment law and hiring best practices.
