Compania este un jucător de top în sectorul alimentar, cu o tradiție îndelungată și o prezență globală în peste 50 de țări. Aceștia sunt în căutarea unui Key Account Manager dedicat, care să joace un rol cheie în dezvoltarea relațiilor cu clienții strategici și în implementarea strategiilor de vânzare la nivel național. Acest rol oferă oportunitatea de a avea un impact strategic într-o companie de top din FMCG, gestionând conturi naționale și contribuind la creșterea business-ului. Cum vei contribui la succesul companiei: Identificarea și dezvoltarea relațiilor cu clienții cheie la nivel național. Gestionarea eficientă a conturilor cheie pentru a asigura satisfacția acestora și loialitatea pe termen lung. Elaborarea și implementarea strategiilor de vânzare pentru atingerea obiectivelor de business. Monitorizarea tendințelor pieței și identificarea oportunităților de creștere a vânzărilor. Colaborarea strânsă cu departamentele interne pentru a asigura o experiență excelentă pentru clienți. Ce abilități / caracteristici personale trebuie sa ai: Experiență relevantă într-o poziție similară de minimum 5 ani, în cadrul unei companii FMCG, în domeniul alimentar. Abilități excelente de negociere, comunicare și relaționare. Capacitatea de a lucra eficient atât independent, cât și în echipă. Orientare către rezultate, atenție la detalii și proactivitate. Cunoștințe avansate de limba engleză. Utilizare avansată a MS Excel. Studii superioare finalizate. Ce beneficii vei avea: Pachet salarial competitiv, format din salariu fix (cuprins intre 9,000 - 9,500 RON NET) plus bonus de 3,000 RON lunar Tichete cadou și tichete de masă de 40 RON pe zi. Cursuri de pregătire profesională continuă. Mediu de lucru dinamic și colaborativ. Instrumente de lucru: autoturism de serviciu, telefon mobil și laptop.
