International Trade Specialist Job Description\

The employee will ensure the correct and timely completion of data/information in the operating system, will constantly communicate with members of other offices, while offering exceptional support and assistance to our customer service departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Ensure a continuous and correct flow of data, respecting company procedures.\
  • Timely and correct entry of data in the operating system, with great attention to detail.\
  • Track the status of activities within the department and complete new information in the system, ensuring permanent updating to offer visibility to clients and the network.\
  • Ensure good collaboration with clients by offering permanent solutions to their requests.\
  • Process information only according to company rules, including internal policies, procedures, government regulations, customer policies, and needs.\
  • Have a full understanding of the operational flow of the department and continuously attempt to improve problem areas.\
  • Follow client manuals (SOPs, instructions) and carry out activities according to requirements related to each client.\
  • Ensure achievement of performance indicators established within the company.\
  • Immediately inform managers of issues requiring assistance and support.\
  • Guarantee observance of quality standards specific to the company and the industry.\
  • Respect confidentiality of data and company policies regarding this aspect.\
  • Comply with Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the company.\
  • Check accuracy of managed documents and ensure compliance with regulations according to company policy.\
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of client projects.\
  • Participate in the development and continuous improvement of products.\
  • Provide professional communication with internal and external clients.\
  • Offer support and supervision for team members based within the Service Center.\
