Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python microservices and serverless functions that power our AI-driven architecture.
  2. Lead initiatives to modernize and improve backend systems, focusing on scalability and observability.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools and ensure meaningful user value.
  4. Contribute to the evolution of our AI integration platform by integrating LangChain, LangGraph, and other ML/AI frameworks.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 5+ years working with scalable microservices in cloud environments.
  • Deep expertise in Python programming language; bonus points for Java, FastAPI, or Django experience.
  • Strong grasp of microservices architecture, serverless design, and system trade-offs.
  • Proven record of applying automated testing practices, including TDD, ATDD, and BDD.
  • Familiarity with relational, NoSQL, key-value, and graph data stores.
