Procurement Specialist Opportunity

As a highly skilled Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping our organization's procurement landscape. Your expertise in sourcing and procurement processes will be instrumental in driving business growth and efficiency.

  • You will lead the discovery phase of the connected procurement landscape, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand procurement processes and requirements.
  • Tight collaboration with business stakeholders is key to ensuring seamless integration of Sourcing and Procurement processes with other SAP modules.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process optimization using SAP S/4HANA capabilities, including how to integrate SAP Ariba and S/4HANA.
  • You will design and configure SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement & SAP Materials Management, communicating an end-to-end process across all SAP Procurement solutions.
  • Able to work independently and proactively, with high analytical thinking skills and level of quality awareness.

What We Require

  • University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement or SAP ECC MM with a focus on Purchasing
  • Functional solution expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement & SAP Materials Management, including how to integrate SAP Ariba and S/4HANA
  • Advanced experience and knowledge regarding Agile methodology
  • Customer facing experience in previous roles
  • Dialog with technical/development team and definition of detailed blueprint for development requirements
  • High willingness to learn and actively engage with business stakeholders

  • Experience in the Automotive industry is a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • German communication skills will be a plus
