Job Title: Senior Financial Controller

The primary responsibility of the Chief Accountant is to provide expert support to the Finance Manager in managing the company's accounts, adhering to established accounting principles.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless execution of financial and accounting operations in compliance with relevant legal regulations.
  • Develop and coordinate accounting procedures and asset inventory management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of accounting records.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for local and group accounting purposes.
  • Guarantee timely fulfillment of fiscal obligations to the state budget and other third parties.
  • Oversee account reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare trial balances within stipulated time frames.
  • Contribute to internal control measures.
  • Participate in audit and tax inspections.

Required Qualifications:

A university degree in economics or finance is highly preferred.


Essential Skills and Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position is required.

Strong analytical skills are necessary.

Proficiency in local accounting and tax aspects is essential.

Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and SAP are required.


Preferred Languages:

Romanian and English are the preferred languages.
