Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain operations.

You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.

Your main responsibilities will include owning and daily managing our inventory systems and processes, handling moderate issues like ordering optimization, working independently on daily tasks, communicating with vendors, internal teams, and departments, leading small teams or supervising juniors, managing inventory projects like launching new product solutions, making decisions regarding stock ups, downlifts on forecasts, and implementing process improvements like inventory optimization.

You will analyze inventory data, identify trends, and make suggestions to improve supply chain efficiency.

Requirements
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organization
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly with various stakeholders
  • Prioritization, planning, and task delegation skills
  • High business judgment and practical approach to getting things done
  • Highly organized, self-starting, highly analytical, and thrives in a high energy environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Passion for analytical excellence
  • Excellent skills in G Suite or MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Fluency in English and Romanian
