Inside Solution Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Presales team as an Inside Solution Specialist. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in technology sales and gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge data center solutions.
In this role, you will participate in a structured training program that covers Dell Technologies' advanced data center infrastructure, networking, and AI solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work with diverse teams to create innovative solutions that tackle real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program to develop technical and consultative capabilities
- Work with sales teams and customers to deliver technology solutions that meet their business needs
- Develop skills in understanding customer needs and crafting tailored technology solutions
- Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative solutions that tackle real-world challenges
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Master's Degree earned in a technical field within 36 months of start date
- Excellent technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and being an innovative thinker with a self-starter mindset
- Consultative technical design and selling skills combined with a strong aptitude for technical curiosity
