Inside Solution Specialist
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Inside Solution Specialist. As a key member of our Presales organization, you will work closely with sales teams and customers to deliver innovative technology solutions that meet their business needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. They should also be able to think creatively, solve problems, and demonstrate a strong desire to learn and grow in their career.
In this role, you will undergo intensive training to develop your skills in understanding customer needs and crafting tailored technology solutions. You will also have the opportunity to work with diverse teams to create innovative solutions that tackle real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured training program to develop technical and consultative capabilities
- Work with sales teams and customers to deliver technology solutions that meet their business needs
- Develop skills in understanding customer needs and crafting tailored technology solutions
- Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative solutions that tackle real-world challenges
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Master's Degree earned in a technical field within 36 months of start date
- Excellent technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and being an innovative thinker with a self-starter mindset
- Consultative technical design and selling skills combined with a strong aptitude for technical curiosity
