Inside Solution Specialist
We're seeking a highly skilled Inside Solution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Presales team, you will play a crucial role in helping our sales professionals develop innovative solutions for our customers.
About the Role:
This is a 12-24 month training program designed to develop recent college and university graduates into skilled Inside Presales Solution Specialists. The role combines the art of sales with the science of technology, making us trusted advisors to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop Technical Solutions: Design and recommend technology-based products and solutions that help customers accomplish their IT initiatives and solve business challenges.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with diverse teams to create innovative solutions tackling real-world challenges.
Customer Connection: Develop skills in understanding customer needs and crafting tailored tech solutions that set us apart.
Present with Confidence: Share knowledge through engaging product demos and presentations showcasing our comprehensive solutions.
Continuous Learning: Committed to continuous learning and developing technical and consultative capabilities.
Key Requirements:
Undergraduate or Master's Degree earned in a technical field within 36 months.
Excellent technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Italian.
Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and being an innovative thinker with a self-starter mindset.
Consultative technical design and selling skills combined with a strong aptitude for technical curiosity.
Committed to continuous learning and developing technical and consultative capabilities.
