The reception team in Bucharest is seeking a positive, motivated and responsible individual to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional corporate environment and has strong communication skills.

We are looking for a highly organized person with a smart and presentable appearance who can manage multiple tasks and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors to the office and will be responsible for making a great impression.
  • The role involves welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, directing visitors and providing administrative support to internal clients.
  • Other duties include managing daily couriers, preparing documents and booking meetings.
  • The Receptionist will also be responsible for maintaining security, following procedures and monitoring logbooks.
  • The ideal candidate will have a very good command of English language, be able to communicate clearly and professionally and have a sense of responsibility and attention to details.
  • Previous work experience would be an advantage but not essential.

About Us:

We offer flexible working hours, 8 hours a day, Monday to Friday, in shifts.

We are committed to improving personal skills and abilities through training and development opportunities.
