Permit Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Permit Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding permits and facilitating the efficient obtaining of necessary permits for projects implemented by the company.

• Document permissions, opinions and agreement requests.
• Follow-up on any permission, opinion and agreement requests.
• Schedule permissions gathering according to Project Managers' program.
• Interact with design teams members to collect technical info required for permissions obtaining.
• Manage costs and fee payments due for permissions request presentation and obtaining.
• Interact with subcontractors and suppliers of services for expropriations and relocations activities.
• Interact with subcontractors and suppliers of services for environmental agreements.

• A minimum of 5 years experience working in Romania in the transportation domain.
• Effective communication capabilities and relationship with bureaucratic and administrative national offices.
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office, AutoCAD.
• A strong sense of responsibility, high standards of ethical behaviour and ability to work in team collaboration.
• Confident, clear and polite verbal communication style one-to-one or in groups, including 'active' listening.
• Fluent Romanian language skills and good spoken and written English.
