Job Description

This leadership position drives sales and revenue goals by leveraging product expertise and Mastercard integrated solutions. The successful candidate will set sales strategies, identify and close sales leads, and provide market intelligence to support product design and development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of product sales strategies for assigned regions.
  • Deliver proposals to customers outlining how products can improve their value proposition.
  • Closure of new business in tandem with Account Management and Business Development in a highly competitive consultative selling environment, generating incremental revenue from existing clients.
  • Build and monitor a strong sales pipeline, providing technical support by identifying and resolving customer challenges, and escalating to senior colleagues as required.
  • Analyze and interpret customer data to ensure operations are at optimal levels.

This role participates in customer planning and product prioritization processes, coordinating transitions between sales and implementation teams, and bringing the voice of the market back to the implementation team to ensure customer relationship needs are met.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience in sales/commercial environments, including interacting with customers and closing individual deals within a single market.
  • Demonstrated expertise and success in achieving sales goals over multiple products.
  • Experience with specific product lines gathered from time in Product Sales or other functions in Mastercard.
