We're seeking an experienced Solutions Expert to join our team as a Presales Technical Consultant. As part of our Inside Sales organization, you'll work closely with customers to design and implement tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

About the Role

  • You will undergo intensive training to develop your technical skills in advanced data center infrastructure, networking, and AI solutions.

  • Gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge data center solutions and stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing and AI.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and crafting bespoke tech solutions.

  • Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative solutions that tackle real-world challenges.

  • Present with confidence through engaging product demos and presentations.

Your Background

  • You hold an undergraduate or master's degree in a technical field, earned no more than 36 months before start date.

  • You possess excellent technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and fluency in English and Italian.

  • You have a proven track record of attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and an innovative mindset with a self-starter approach.

  • You combine consultative technical design and selling skills with a strong aptitude for technical curiosity.

  • You are committed to continuous learning and developing technical and consultative capabilities.
