Technical Solution Architect Position

As a member of our Inside Sales Solution Architecture team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our sales professionals to develop and deliver customized technical solutions to our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert-level technical guidance and support to our sales teams
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Creating customized technical solutions to meet customer requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong background in a technical field. Additionally, you should be able to think critically and solve complex problems.
You will also need to be fluent in English and have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
