As an Inside Sales Solution Architect, you will work closely with our sales professionals to develop and deliver customized technical solutions to our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert-level technical guidance and support to our sales teams
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer needs and preferences
- Creating customized technical solutions to meet customer requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should have a strong background in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering, and be able to think critically and solve complex problems.
You will also need to be fluent in English and have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
