About the Role

We're seeking highly skilled professionals to fill our ISR Controller positions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer service and experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end ISR processes, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Match indirect data to Diversey master records, ensuring consistency across all systems.
  • Support business growth by uploading indirect sales data into our reporting system.
  • Calculate Ship Through payments for distributors and review existing calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with contracted amounts and audit requirements.
  • Address reporting inconsistencies and resolve issues related to contracts.
  • Track payment status and provide reliable information to sales teams.
  • Document customer contracts, pricing, and Ship Through payments.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance, Backoffice, or Material Master Data.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and ability to create macros or use Power Query.
  • Familiarity with SAP (customer master data, pricing, rebate, AR) is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is beneficial.
