Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming service requests, processing notifications and releasing service orders in SAP, creating/updating equipment records and updating customer master data.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming service requests by email or through service request forms
  • Create and release service orders in SAP
  • Update equipment records and customer master data
  • Process DMR and customer invoicing
  • Handle third-party purchase orders and invoicing

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
