We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Provide top-notch customer support via chats and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to customer queries.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and personalized service.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends in the industry, applying this knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with care.
- Apply innovative customer happiness practices to drive engagement and retention.
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our clients' products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Collaborate with developers and other departments across various IT companies to ensure seamless integration and support.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent English and Russian language proficiency (C1 level or higher for both spoken and written communication).
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles or customer service.
- Personal or professional experience in the crypto sector.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- A positive and responsible attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A reliable laptop or computer (at least 8GB of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Preferred Qualifications:
- A strong interest in innovative financial technologies or prior experience in the financial industry or payment processing.
- Experience with CRM systems.
