 • Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline support operations and improve overall client satisfaction.

 • Stay up-to-date with product updates, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate information to clients and colleagues.

 Qualifications:

 • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

 • Minimum 3 years of experience in client support or a related role.

 • Proven track record of resolving complex client issues and escalations.

 • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.

 • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

 • Proficiency in using CRM software and support ticketing systems.

 • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive improvements.
