Job Title: IT Business Solutions Expert

This role will play a pivotal part in the delivery of high-quality enterprise products, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting client needs.



Key Responsibilities:
  1. To perform end-to-end analysis activities for the development and enhancement of Enterprise products.
  2. To deliver high-quality business analysis that focuses on delivering great customer experiences.
  3. To ensure product and service-level customer and user experience is defined, communicated, and understood.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A University degree
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/IT Business Analyst/Functional Business Analyst
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills (at least B2, ideal C1-C2)
  • Experience in working with both Agile & Waterfall delivery methodologies
