Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Payroll and Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, processing inputs, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the allocated countries and collaborating with service providers to deliver high-quality results. You will work closely with local teams, specialists, and employees to obtain relevant data and approvals, while also administering employee lifecycle activities and managing international assignments.

You will also play a critical role in HR IT systems implementations, including Workday and payroll projects. Additionally, you will support other HR-related initiatives, such as updates to HR policies and implementation of new processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and cooperation abilities. You should have a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment and be comfortable with continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll operations and process inputs for allocated countries
  • Collaborate with local teams and specialists to obtain data and approvals
  • Administer employee lifecycle activities and ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
  • Support HR IT systems implementations, including Workday and payroll projects
  • Contribute to other HR-related initiatives, such as policy updates and process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years' experience in payroll and operations, preferably in a multinational organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and cooperation abilities
  • Experience with HR systems, including Workday and payroll software
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Basic Spanish language skills
