Technical Support Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assisting customers with their digital transformation initiatives.

You will provide expert technical support services to our IoT customers and partners, helping them navigate complex technical issues and overcome obstacles.

A key aspect of this role is your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced technical environment, analyzing complex problems and developing creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support services to IoT customers and partners
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Programming experience in at least one language (Java, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Familiarity with IoT infrastructure and protocols
  • Understanding of web services development and REST API
Desired Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience working in an IoT-related field
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Microsoft Azure)
  • Knowledge of IoT hardware sensors and devices
