Assist in the efficient management of employee inquiries, resolving issues effectively.
]Collect and verify hours worked for each employee, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
]Obtain necessary approvals from senior management for exceptional payments, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
]Accurately calculate payroll, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions, using advanced Excel skills.
]Issue payment statements to employees, either electronically or in print, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
]Maintain accurate records of hourly rates, wages, benefits, and new hire data, supporting business growth and success.
]Ensure compliance with all payroll-related tax laws and regulations, upholding industry standards.
]Support payroll and benefits-related projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
]Prepare payroll and HR-related reports for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
]Conduct research and make recommendations on compensation and benefits packages, aligning with business objectives.
]Handle confidential employee information with care and professionalism, upholding trust and respect.
]Required Skills and Qualifications:

Demonstrate familiarity with candidate selection tools and techniques, enhancing hiring effectiveness.
]Exhibit a solid understanding of labor law and HR compliance, ensuring regulatory adherence.
]Display strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, supporting data analysis and presentation.
]Proven English language proficiency at B2 level; fluency in Romanian is required, reflecting cultural sensitivity and diversity.
]Good work organization, high communication skills, self-reliance, and goal orientation are essential qualities for success.
