About the Role

This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities under time pressure. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the consistent and effective provision of services/information to the customer base, including order management, problem-solving, and other services across various media.

  • Provide/check all information and guarantee its accuracy for efficient order entry.

  • Review contracts, ensure price policies are applied without exception, and report discrepancies to management.

  • Monitor the order book daily, taking proactive actions to anticipate issues/satisfy customer requests within company dedication.

  • Act proactively, advising customers about potential delays or issues related to orders.

  • Assess customer requests regarding lead times, certificates, and required documents (mainly exports).

  • Apply relevant customer service procedures/processes in accordance with Quality Management Systems and DAUT Policies/Standards.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing issues, proposing corrective/preventative actions, and participating in action plans led by the Team Leader.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or International Trade is preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.

  • Experience in commercial roles such as technical support, pricing, or sales is desired.

  • Emphasis on attention to detail with a proactive approach is essential.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work optimally under time pressure is crucial.

  • Strong customer focus and commitment to service perfection are necessary.

  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms such as Outlook, email, Microsoft Office, and related systems.
