We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial business processes, SAP Finance, and SAP Management Accounting configuration.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, running, and managing workshops/meetings with internal and external clients to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Additionally, the candidate will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in virtual teams and international environments.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Prepare, conceptualize, execute, and deliver customer S/4HANA Private and Public Cloud implementation projects.
  2. Plan and conduct workshops/meetings with internal and external clients to manage project timelines, resources, and budget.
  3. Prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  4. Demonstrate expertise in financial business processes, including revenue consumption, profitability management, and integration with other modules.
  5. Showcase creative problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting or IT roles, delivering implementation and support services for various customers.
  • Strong knowledge of financial business processes and SAP Finance.
  • Familiarity with SAP Management Accounting configuration and integration with other modules.
  • Experience working in virtual teams and international environments.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing consultants on S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • University degree in Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics, or Administration.
  • SAP certifications such as C_TS4FI_2023, C_S4CFI, or C_TS4CO_2023.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to coach and mentor junior colleagues to deliver high-quality projects.
