Job Title: Financial Controller

This role involves providing expert financial knowledge to drive business growth and mitigate risks. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate and timely reporting.

  • You will coordinate the annual budgeting process, prepare and review budgets, and maintain accurate spending records.
  • You will design and implement financial control systems, provide financial insights, and identify and mitigate risks.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting or Economics
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller or Senior Financial Analyst
  • Good IFRS knowledge
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Experience working in an international, multicultural environment
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong teamwork skills
