Job Title

This position is responsible for local execution of operational HR activities. The Specialist is the key point of contact of employees and main partner for the local implementation of international/local projects or initiatives

The primary goal of this role is to provide end-to-end local HR services that are relevant and tailored to the needs of the business unit/location, providing business intimacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide local HR services that meet the needs of the business unit/location.
  • Be the key point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related queries, self-service transactions, and HR portal navigation.
  • Responsible for focusing on employee experience and continuous improvement of end-to-end operational HR services.
  • Guarantee administrative and operational support in key and strategic international projects.
  • Deliver a range of services including ongoing onboarding, local learning activities, delivery of action plans related to engagement, support in local events, and local query resolution.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a People Team Department.
  • A continuous improvement mindset.
  • Demonstrable excellent communication skills and relationship building.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with people at all levels.
  • Good knowledge of local labor law.
  • Proficiency with digital tools.
  • International experience is valued.

Education/Certifications:

  • Degree in Law, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, or other relevant business area.
  • MSc in Human Resources Management will be considered a plus.
  • Fluency in Romanian and English.
