Operational Lead Role Overview

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong management skills and experience in pharmacovigilance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams, managing projects, and ensuring the effective delivery of services to our clients.

  • Manage assigned teams, ensuring effective line management and proactive assignment of tasks to avoid backlogs.
  • Review project resourcing and make informed decisions to minimize delays.
  • Support business development and proposals with existing and new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed, supporting the RA & PV Network Department and acting as the LCPPV for specified countries.
Key Responsibilities

The Operational Lead will be responsible for:

  • Resolving assignments from senior management and directors.
  • Line managing team leads and supporting their teams.
  • Ensuring effective line management in assigned teams.
  • Reviewing project resourcing and making informed decisions.
  • Supporting business development and proposals.
  • Supporting deviation management and reviewing CAPAs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A life science graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong pharmacovigilance experience with at least 2 years of line management experience.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and management skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
