Key Role: Export Operations Specialist

This critical role is responsible for overseeing the management and execution of export orders, ensuring seamless communication with external clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to navigate complex logistics processes.

  • Review, confirm, and track export orders to guarantee timely delivery and satisfaction of clients.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement new product development projects for export markets, ensuring alignment with production schedules.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, markets, and internal teams, maintaining open communication channels to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor and update export data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and manage essential export documents, from generating codes to ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Optimize production schedules, plan transport effectively, and streamline loadings for cost-efficient deliveries.
  • Ensure all exports meet legal requirements by managing documentation and handling raw material exports with precision.

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Fluent in English and proficiency in Romanian.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • General knowledge of supply chain processes and operations.
  • Strong communication and planning skills.
  • Able to anticipate challenges and analyze costs.
