The Role

">

Designs, builds, implements and coordinates people solutions in Talent & Learning area including Talent Management, Learning & Development and Management & Leadership Development programs.

">

Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and geographies.">
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders to deliver business strategy and plans.">
  • Engage with HRBPs and department line managers to clarify priorities for individual and team learning and development interventions.">
  • Use data analysis and reporting to inform learning and development solutions.">
  • Design and develop L&D programs for leadership and individual contributor levels.">
  • Manage training enrolment and budget consumption analysis.">
  • Curate and promote relevant content and learning resources.">
  • Contribute to Talent Development policies and processes.">
  • Collect and analyse data to support policy and process development.">
  • Provide specialist advice on policy interpretation and application.">
  • Focus on developing own capabilities through assessment and development planning.">
  • Maintain an understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Talent & Learning Specialist role or similar.">
  • Postgraduate (Master's Degree) in Organizational or Social Psychology.">
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.">
  • Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others.">
  • Ability to apply business and marketplace knowledge to advance organisational goals.">
  • Excellent communications skills.">
  • Ability to hold self and others accountable.">
