Business Process Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business process improvements across various processes and industries.

Your mission will be to leverage process mining to provide transparency into complex business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive transformative changes. You will work closely with clients to deliver end-to-end process mining projects, from discovery to implementation.

  • Implement comprehensive process mining projects across diverse processes and clients

  • Collaborate with process subject matter experts to define requirements for process mining applications

  • Develop business key performance indicators tailored to specific processes and facilitate communication among stakeholders

  • Work closely with data engineers to develop process mining applications and create customized dashboards and KPIs

  • Validate technical implementations and mitigate risks throughout the development phase

  • Analyze process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Create data-driven business cases for proposed process improvements and present them to senior leaders and technical experts

  • Demonstrate process mining capabilities through interactive demos, training sessions, and support for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a business analyst, process owner in finance and accounting, or process improvement specialist

  • Hands-on experience working with data and creating visualizations using process mining and/or business intelligence tools

  • Strong business process management and improvement expertise

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, data-driven thinking, and solution-oriented approach

  • Ability to engage stakeholders and respond to their needs in dynamic business environments

  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude

  • Fluent English language proficiency; additional European languages a plus
