Job Overview">

This role involves overseeing the financial operations of a company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Manage monthly closing processes and review results in collaboration with the finance team.

Prepare and report financial results, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and KPIs.

Oversee supplier invoicing and customer invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Collaborate with external accounting firms to provide documentation, verify reports, and implement company policies.

Support the annual audit process by coordinating with the audit company and gathering required documentation.

Prepare internal reports for company departments and assist in preparing the Transfer Pricing File.

Contribute to the implementation of new projects, changes, and procedures within the organization.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

Key qualifications include strong knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax regulations, familiarity with IFRS, and previous experience working with an external accounting firm.

The candidate should also possess advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and a solid understanding of financial statements.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as is fluency in English.
