Chief Financial Strategist

Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading financial management activities for a given area, with a focus on setting up financial structures in ERP systems, executing month-end closing activities, and providing P&L forecasting and budgeting support. You will also be responsible for revenue recognition, balance sheet management, and ensuring compliance with DXC policies and procedures.

• Liaise with account business teams, delivery teams, EMEA & Country Business Finance teams, Country Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, Country Sales Finance team, Country Controllership Finance team, and Country Order to Cash (O2C) team to ensure effective collaboration and communication.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.

• Maintain accurate and compliant financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

• Ensure timely completion of financial reporting, including monthly close process, quarterly review, and annual audit.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, with preferably 4+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including US GAAP, and familiarity with SAP.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to adapt quickly to change and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Fluent in English, with Spanish proficiency a plus.
