This exciting opportunity is to take on a leadership role in supporting various projects, including a £25m Cyber Security programme and other initiatives covering Technology Risk and Regulatory requirements.

As a key member of the PMO Team, you will work closely with Programme and Project Managers, Finance Teams, Procurement, Group Transformation Office, and Engineering Portfolio teams to ensure robust execution against the Group Change Framework and Delivery Disciplines.

You will be responsible for implementing the PMO service offering across Cyber Programmes, maintaining standards, and driving continuous improvement across programmes.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess financial management expertise, and have experience in working in a fast-paced Technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and implement the PMO service offering across Cyber Programmes
  • Maintain standards and drive continuous improvement across programmes
  • Prepare and coordinate board packs and various reports
  • Drive Financial reporting
  • Lead project health using Group Delivery Disciplines and LSEG Change Framework standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PMO experience in a portfolio and programme/project management environment
  • Project Finance experience
  • Leading PMO governance across programmes/projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
