Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Senior Financial Analyst to support the development and achievement of our organization's goals. The primary responsibilities include delivering accurate, insightful, and timely financial analysis and business partnering. This role focuses on building and maintaining reporting solutions for workforce-related cost allocation across business units, regions, and service functions using Power BI and advanced data modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.
• Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Perform quarterly forecasting and monthly cost variance analysis.
• Perform the month-end close process for Global Business Services (GBS) cost centers.
• Analyze financial statement data and identify performance trends or anomalies.
• Develop and track business cases for new strategic initiatives or investments.
• Communicate monthly results vs. targets to finance leadership and business partners.
• Provide functional support, mentorship, or training to junior analysts where required.

Cost Allocation & Reporting (GBS Focus):

• Allocate workforce-related costs to internal clients across regions, business units, and service lines.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that track and visualize cost allocations, headcount, and service delivery performance.
• Automate data refreshes and reporting processes to minimize manual work and improve accuracy.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Partner with service delivery leads and other teams to ensure data alignment.
• Business partner to project teams, tracking results and value realization of large projects.
• Deliver clear and concise reports to finance stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent. They should also have 6+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within a GBS, SSC, or multinational environment. Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools is required, as well as experience with ERP systems (Oracle and IBM Cognos preferred). Exposure to Power BI-type reporting and dashboard tools is also necessary.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard design).
• High proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentation of financial results and recommendations.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and cost allocation methodologies.
