We're looking for a talented Customer Success Consultant, French Speaker to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.\
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.\
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to enhance customer interactions.\\/ul\

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken French.\
  • Intermediate English skills.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service, preferably with product placement or collections.\
  • A genuine interest in the automotive industry (a plus).\\/ul\
