Pricing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven problem-solver to join our team as a Pricing Coordinator.

As a key member of our Global Forwarding division, you will be responsible for coordinating daily pricing commitment requests, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your primary objective will be to analyze market fluctuations and develop pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with management and peers to identify best practices and implement process improvements.

You will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders across various CHR network offices to ensure seamless pricing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and complete daily pricing commitment requests in accordance with assigned due dates or service level agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies prior to pricing committed business.
  • Analyze market fluctuations and develop pricing strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with management and peers to identify best practices and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders across various CHR network offices to ensure seamless pricing operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Experience in pricing/inside sales & operations with a freight forwarder.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
