Job Description
Our Customer Service department supports our customers during the full customer journey of selling their car to . From finding a suitable date for an on-site evaluation to managing a seamless sale of a financed or leased vehicle.
As a Customer Service Agent you are the first point of contact for our customers. You guide them through the whole process and prepare them for their appointment at one of our 23 locations in the Netherlands. Together with the team, you focus on customer satisfaction and creating the best possible customer experience. With your friendly and professional approach, you ensure not only great service and happy customers, but also increased numbers of purchased cars.

Proactive customer service (95% Outbound) to answer customers’ questions and help coordinate branch evaluation visits
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide optimal solutions
Simple process with help and support always available
Go the extra mile to engage customers
Required Skills
6 months or more of experience in inbound or outbound customer service or other customer-facing sectors
Very good written and spoken French language skills
Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a friendly and professional approach Motivation to work in customer service - experienced or newcomer
Motivation to work in customer service - experienced or newcomer
You get extra credit for
12 months or more of experience in inbound or outbound customer service or other customer-facing sectors
Bachelor’s Degree
