Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Accountant, based in Bucharest. The Executive Accountant will oversee daily financial operations, prepare and analyze financial reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Tasks also include ensuring compliance with accounting laws and regulations, managing tax submissions, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, the role requires working closely with other departments to optimize financial workflows and reporting.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budget management
- Experience with tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and auditing processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Saga and Reges
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of English or Italian language is a advantage
