Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Dental Office Manager, located in Bucharest, Romania. The Dental Office Manager will oversee daily operations of the dental practice, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments and schedules, supervising office staff, managing billing and records, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and addressing patient concerns to enhance satisfaction and retention. The Dental Office Manager will also play a key role in fostering a collaborative and welcoming office environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Dental Practice Management and Practice Management
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Knowledge of best practices in Dental Care
  • Proven organizational and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with relevant healthcare compliance and regulations
  • Proficiency in using dental office software and technology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly valued
