Coordonator Producție - structuri metalice

Pentru clientul nostru – companie cu peste 15 ani de experiență în domeniul sistemelor de împrejmuire, producând și comercializând panouri metalice, porți, bariere și alte soluții pentru securizare și acces. Suntem in cautarea unui
Coordonator de Producție
responsabil și organizat, care să gestioneze activitatea zilnică din atelierul de producție și să mențină legătura cu principalele departamente și furnizori.

Responsabilități principale

  • Coordonarea unei echipe de aproximativ 6 persoane (inclusiv lăcătuși mecanici și sudori);
  • Planificarea și monitorizarea activităților zilnice de producție;
  • Comunicarea permanentă cu departamentul de vânzări pentru preluarea comenzilor;
  • Menținerea legăturii cu furnizorii de servicii externe (zincare, prelucrări, etc.);
  • Colaborarea strânsă cu departamentele de logistică și aprovizionare pentru asigurarea fluxului de materii prime și livrări;
  • Respectarea termenelor și a standardelor de calitate ale companiei.

Cerințe

  • Experiență relevantă într-un rol similar (producție industrială / metalurgie – avantaj);
  • Permis de conducere categoria
    B
    ;
  • Abilități bune de organizare, comunicare și coordonare a echipei;
  • Cunoștințe tehnice de bază privind procesele de prelucrare și sudură.

    pentru deplasarea cu mașina personală;
  • Program de lucru:
    Luni – Vineri, 07:45 – 16:15
    (pauză de masă 30 minute);
