Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager, Sponsorship & Partnerships, based in Bucharest, Romania. The role involves coordinating sponsorship and partnership-related activities for various events and projects. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project timelines, managing logistics, ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders, expediting deliverables, and monitoring progress. The Project Manager will ensure that expectations are met while delivering innovative and high-quality experiences for clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Experience in Expeditor and Expediting tasks to facilitate timely deliveries and thorough coordination
  • Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring quality standards for projects
  • Knowledge of Logistics Management, including organizing and overseeing resources
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Prior experience in event production or partnerships is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
