Brand Representative with English
for an international partner in digital marketing. If you are creative, communicative, and eager to create engaging content while building strong online communities, this role could be the perfect fit for you.

Main purpose of the job

Create authentic and impactful TikTok content that drives engagement and sales, while actively managing and growing the brand's online community.

Job profile

Content creation (60%)

  • Develop, film, and edit original TikTok content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Generate creative concepts aligned with brand values and marketing goals.
  • Stay up to date with TikTok trends and adapt them to the brand's identity.
  • Optimize content for engagement, visibility, and conversion (organic content with sales impact).
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new formats and campaign ideas.

Community engagement (40%)

  • Interact with followers across platforms by answering comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Encourage conversations and build a positive online community around the brand.
  • Moderate discussions and ensure community guidelines are respected.
  • Gather and share community feedback to improve content and campaigns.
  • Support the growth of the brand by fostering long-term relationships with the audience.

Candidate profile

  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok content creation (personal or professional).
  • Understanding of community management and social media engagement.
  • Knowledge of copywriting or advertising platforms (TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and strategies.
  • Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration.
