Apply now  Learn more: Brand ManagerPosition:You will manage the assigned brand and contribute to the development and implementation of the market strategy, including brand portfolio and brand positioning. You will translate the brand strategy into an annual mix of programs and plans to increase brand equity, maximize market share and potential, and improve profitability.Responsibilities:Support the Brand team in developing the brand portfolio and positioning strategiesContribute to the development of the full marketing mix (product, price, communication and promotion, distribution) to meet brand needs and strengthen brand equityImplement marketing initiatives defined in the brand strategy across points of sale, digital channels, and other touchpoints (e.g., events), in line with brand guidelines and objectivesCoordinate the development of commercial activities to ensure strong in-market executionPlan and develop the appropriate mix of digital consumer programs to maximize brand potentialEnsure initiative effectiveness, analyze performance,  provide well-founded recommendations on adapting and optimizing the elements of the marketing mix, and continuously reinforce consumer perspectives in decision-makingSupport brand performance monitoring by preparing market data analyses, reports, charts, presentations, and action proposals for improvementCoordinate the brand budget and related financial exercises with responsibility for planning financial resources for brand marketing activitiesManage external vendors and collaborate with internal and external partners to develop effective marketing initiatives ensuring alignment with communication strategy, creative standards, and market requirementRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Economics, preferably MarketingMinimum 4 years of experience in Marketing / Consumer / Trade Marketing within FMCGFluency in English; advanced user of MS Office applicationsWhat to expect: Positive team culture and an environment where your ideas are valued Over 200 professional training opportunities to help you grow Hybrid work model: 50% from home, 50% in the office Flexible hours that fit your lifestyle Extra vacation days Easy commute: office conveniently located near the subway Be part of a global, people-first company recognized as a Top Employer in Romania for 12 years in a row.
