What You'll Do:

  • Be the On-Camera Brand Representative: Serve as the live host, representing the company and its values to our Russian-speaking audience.
  • Maintain Brand Consistency: Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and consistency during all broadcasted game sessions.
  • Drive Player Engagement: Deliver fun, highly interactive, and energetic game sessions to captivate and retain players.
  • Sustain High Energy: Maintain a positive and vibrant atmosphere in a fast-paced, live broadcasting environment.
  • Support Growth: Actively contribute to continuous operational improvements and strategies for future brand development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Language Fluency: Fluent Russian (C2) and English (B2+) with excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Dynamic Personality: Outgoing, energetic, and completely confident on camera.
  • Composure & Accuracy: Ability to remain calm and maintain accuracy under the pressure of a live setting.
  • Flexibility: Available for 24/7 rotating shifts (with self-selection options available).
  • Core Skills: Strong reliability, attention to detail, and a clear customer-service focus.
